TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR WELLNESS

WHAT IS FIBROMYALGIA?

(Fi·bro·my·al·gi·a)

A chronic disorder that causes pain all over the body (also referred to as widespread musculoskeletal pain), sleep irregularities, fatigue, memory loss, along with emotional and mental distress.

HOW IS YOUR DIET?

Eating for Your Health

Eating well while living with pain is possible! When eating and living well are combined, they help reduce a lot of inflammation in your body, which causes excessive pain.

EXERCISE

You Can Do All Things Through Christ!

Even when you’re struggling with chronic pain, it’s important to keep moving. Exercise can help maintain bone mass, improve balance, reduce stress, and increase strength. Getting regular exercise can also help control your weight, which is important to reducing the pain of fibromyalgia from pressure on the joints. Follow us on FB for shared exercise videos on Mondays.

SELF-CARE

Make Self-Care a Priority

Being aware of your mental health is extremely important. It is vital to manage your stress levels and make self-care a priority. Self-care may vary for each person, but it’s important to create your own self-care routine. Journaling is key to tracking your moods and experiences. We offer printable self- care planners in our store, be sure to check them out.
